White Sky offers a competitive, employee-centered benefits package. In addition to generous compensation, White Sky offers health/vision/dental coverage, disability and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, as well as a significant employer retirement contribution.

Medical

White Sky pays 80% of the premium for individual and family. Medical coverage is available through CareFirst. White Sky offers a Health Savings Account option to employees selecting a qualifying medical plan. White Sky also offers Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account options.

401 (k)

Employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan as of the date of hire. The company contributes 10% of employee’s gross salary into this plan, with no employee match required.

Holidays

Employees receive 10 paid federal holidays; in the event that you work a designated holiday, these may be used as floating holidays.

Dental / Vision

White Sky pays 100% of the premium for individual and family. Dental and Vision coverage is available through CareFirst.

Disability

White Sky provides short term disability of 60% of weekly earnings up to $2,000/week at no cost to the employee. The company provides long term disability of 60% of weekly earnings up to $6,000/month at no cost to the employee.

Paid Time Off

Employees receive 5 weeks of paid time off yearly, to be accrued per pay period.
