Medical
401 (k)
Employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan as of the date of hire. The company contributes 10% of employee’s gross salary into this plan, with no employee match required.
Holidays
Employees receive 10 paid federal holidays; in the event that you work a designated holiday, these may be used as floating holidays.
Dental / Vision
White Sky pays 100% of the premium for individual and family. Dental and Vision coverage is available through CareFirst.
Disability
White Sky provides short term disability of 60% of weekly earnings up to $2,000/week at no cost to the employee. The company provides long term disability of 60% of weekly earnings up to $6,000/month at no cost to the employee.
Paid Time Off
Employees receive 5 weeks of paid time off yearly, to be accrued per pay period.
